The terms and conditions set out above are governed by Finnish law. In case of disputes arising from the use of the Service, Everywave will first seek to resolve the dispute amicably. If no resolution can be found via this channel, parties will then seek resolution through the District Court (Käräjäoikeus) in Helsinki, Finland.
